Kieran is a seasoned financial professional with 25 years experience across 3 regions - Australia, Eastern Europe and the United Arab Emirates. Kieran has previously held senior management positions in EY & KPMG in Audit and Consulting, and for the past 16 years worked as CFO for well known names including IKEA Retail, IKEA Distribution, Alibaba, navigating businesses during periods of tremendous growth and uncertainty.

With a diverse career in various regions, including Europe, North America and the Middle East, Can has a reputation as a resilient and creative leader. His extensive 22 years + experience, diverse skill set, and ability to think outside the box enable him to identify emerging opportunities, anticipate potential challenges, and spearhead innovative initiatives.

At MERED, Can is responsible for shaping projects from inception, guiding design, managing architectural structures and construction development, as well as overseeing strategy, market entry, and team building.

He holds master’s degrees in architectural history and philosophy, and perception in interior design. Through his visionary approach and strategic mindset, Can plays a crucial role leading design & construction departments, in shaping and driving the company's vision and growth.

Yazan Alkhalidi is the Chief Commercial Director at MERED bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate development and project controls across the Middle East. His career has been defined by successfully managing high-profile portfolios that include luxury residences, flagship commercial buildings, hotels, and dynamic mixed-use developments. Yazan is passionate about building and leading collaborative, high-performing teams, with experience spanning KSA, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, and Doha.

Before joining MERED, Yazan was instrumental in overseeing the commercial and project control strategies for the Qiddiya Upper Plateau Assets in Saudi Arabia, a cornerstone of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiative. His work included streamlining project controls, ensuring budget alignment, and optimizing delivery processes. In addition, he has held leadership roles managing PMOs and commercial operations across several countries, enabling the seamless execution of large-scale, complex projects.

Known for his approachable leadership style, transparency, and deep expertise in commercial and project control frameworks, Yazan is dedicated to driving MERED’s success. He is committed to expanding the company’s portfolio while fostering a culture of excellence that supports its growth across the UAE and the GCC.

Marwa is a real estate and government relations professional with more than a decade's experience.

Born in the United Arab Emirates with Jordanian roots, her deep industry knowledge was honed at KPMG, Al Mazaya Real Estate, and Dubai Islamic Bank. Her expertise extends to various international markets, including the UK, CIS region, India, Pakistan, and China.

Recognized by Dubai Holding Asset Management for her follow-up and information-gathering skills, Marwa has led the registration of six key projects with the Dubai Government in collaboration with master developers Dubai Holding and Nakheel.

Marwa plays a critical role at MERED company, which involves managing government approvals, handling crucial documentation, and overseeing registrations for our high-end upcoming projects.

An advocate for women in the technical fields of UAE’s real estate industry, Marwa's education includes Business International Systems and Technology from Ajman University, plus advanced certifications from the Dubai Land Department.

Marwa expertly navigates between interacting with government entities, construction parties, and various stakeholders, skillfully maintaining a broad strategic perspective.

Mikhail Podkopaev, a distinguished sales and marketing professional with over 11 years of property and real estate industry experience, has worked with some of the biggest players in real estate development across the globe. Having an advanced experience in this field, was always allowing him to build a successful team as well as supervising marketing activities and writing the in-house regulations for improving sales structure.

Mikhail has started his career in Florida, USA, where he was handling sales for one of the top state’s real estate broker.

After that, he gathered multinational experience in building sales teams in Europe, UK and GCC at the most trusted and influential global development companies, including Orascom Development Holding, DarGlobal, Dar Al Arkan, DAMAC properties, where he recruited, led and developed an ethical and customer focused sales teams.

In mentioned companies, he single-handedly build sales strategies to improve market share across the region ensuring a consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue.

At MERED, Mikhail will be heading all the sales process for the company.

Artemiy Marinin brings over 17 years of leadership experience in real estate development, having served as a Project Manager, Chief Development Officer (CDO), and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) across a range of companies.

Throughout his career, Artemiy has successfully overseen diverse projects in the residential and commercial sectors, including residential complexes, office spaces, retail centers, hospitality venues, and logistics facilities. His project portfolio spans over 3 million square meters across various regions.

Artemiy has developed deep expertise in team leadership, product development, project and asset management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investment strategies. He is adept at managing complex, high-stakes projects and fostering collaboration with international stakeholders.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).

Bogdan Maximov is a business leader in real estate development and acquisition management who excels at turning innovative ideas into real-world accomplishments.
